A Touching Gift

Christmas Came Early!

I run a Facebook group related to Beauty Boxes for Canadians, and boy does it contain the most awesomest ladies ever!!! I am very proud of my group, it is like my baby, lol. Everyone is always so nice, thoughtful, caring and giving! One member sent me the most amazing act of kindness by gifting me my very first gift for Christmas. My Secret Mrs. Claus honestly blew me away, I was not expecting anything, even more so in Oct! She gifted me the most wonderful Lego set called "Santa's Workshop'!!! Insane!!! It is so beautiful and contained twice the amount of pieces of any set I own! Yes, I am turning 40 and still love Lego! I know I am not thew only one. My Mrs. Claus knew how much I loved Lego, and she picked out the best set ever!!! The details are amazing. It took me about a week to put together, working on it on and off. It was so much fun to put together! I love to feel like a kid again. Though I am really an adult, I have never left my childhood behind, lol. There were only 2 words I could say, THANK YOU! This was such a very special and touching gift. So again to my Secret Mrs. Claus, thank you from the bottom of my heart! This will be my favourite Christmas decoration to put out every year now!!! All pictures are mine, except the photo of the box!!! :)

Santa's Workshop:

Just look at how pretty it is!!! I love how it says Expert in the bottom corner! Need your own, or want to gift this one, you can find it here: Santa's Workshop

It is so spread out! I had to take so any photo's because there are so many details I wanted to share. :)

The front of Santa's Workshop! I love the string of lights on the roof!

Santa and his reindeer. :)

Santa with his sleigh full of toys!!!

This reindeer is a baby, it is smaller then the others. The set did not mention Rudolph, so I made him the baby, by adding a red nose! I made the little fire with left over pieces to create this little side scene! Those are cookie on the ground, so cute!

The back of Santa's workshop. He climbs the ladder to read all his mail in his special little spot and chair!

The scene below Santa's chair. I love the fire place, the welcome mat and the picture above it! It is Santa and Mrs. Claus vacationing in Fiji!!!

A detailed view of Santa's chair, mail and light to read!

Inside of Santa's workshop. A work bench to work on tours and Mrs. Claus, always wanting to help. :)

I love these 3 little elves working on making toys on a potable toy maker, hehe!

Last, but not least, a Holiday set needs a Christmas Tree! Again, I made the extra presents with left over pieces. Lego always includes extra piece's, which is great to make more things! So no, I didn't miss any piece's, lol. If you want to brighten anyone's day, no matter what there age, Lego is always a hit!!! No matter how big or small the set is, I treasure each and every one I own. I will hopefully be receiving this Lego City Advent Calendar for my birthday! It is sold out at Toys R' Us, but I see it is still available at Indigo. I will have to make sure Thomas reads this, lol.

Since I grew up watching Scooby Doo! everyday after school at 4:30pm, I am hoping my wonderful man, Thomas, picks me up the Lego set for Christmas: Scooby Doo!: The Mystery Machine!!!!!!

Are you a kid at heart? What do you still love from your childhood? Lego and colouring were my 2 favourite things as a child, now they are my me time, to relax and have fun!

To my Secret Mrs. Claus,
~ Thank You Again ~
